You can cancel our dispatch services at anytime. However, do require a written assignment and payment agreement in place.

Do you work with carriers that have new MC Numbers?

We are happy to work with carriers who have new MC Numbers.

Can I use a factoring company?

You can use any factoring company you like. We will make sure that we provide loads from brokers that have a good credit history.

Do I need to fill out Broker Packages for any new Brokers?

When you fill out your carrier package we will use all the information you provide to submit any required paperwork for new Brokers.

How does OnRush bill me?

We will send you an invoice with the total bookings after one week, which is payable upon receipt.

Do I need to have a Factoring company?

A factoring service can help you stay organized with your account receivables. However, a factoring company is not necessary. We can dispatch you with brokers that offer quick pay, or work with a factoring company to submit your bills.
